Both the RSPCA and Dogs Trust are on the look-out for homes for deaf Collies, all under nine months old.

Jamaican sled team comes 27th

Devon Anderson, a Jamaican man who’d never seen snow before, has competed in the Aviemore Sled Dog Rally.
Having trained with dogs from Kingston’s dog shelter - Jamaica is too hot for Huskies - Devon and his dogs came 27th out of 40, completing the Loch Morlich course in 45 minutes, 51 seconds.
